Reasons To DisagreeSome people choose to use other rubbish collection agents rather than the council ones, why should they susidies the council rubbish collection? 4 September 2005

Reasons To AgreeSome tenants get short of cash and can't pay even the small cost of a council rubbish bag. It is for the benefit of neighbours and the general public health, that residential rubbish is collected for free. 30 August 2005

I thought it alread was paid by rates. Our rates are so high, the money must be going somewhere. I guess they're just not going to actual services. 10 November 2006
