Much, much more money has to spent on this especially in the training of teachers. This is the pathway to our salvation; the way forward from a smug little isolated, socially and intellectually bottom-heavy bunch of islands in the South Pacific who spends its own tax dollars to train its best brains so that they can emigrate. 1 November 2008
