Reasons To DisagreeAs N.Z. relies on exports for economic survival, this argument is misleading. Taxes which other countries don't have could disadvantage us in terms of international trade competitiveness. 14 February 2006
What a stupid proposition - of course it does. Every dollar taken in tax costs 10 cents in admin - and the 90 cents left is largely wasted. It's a collossal yoke on everybody and hamstrings both private citizens and commerce. 30 September 2007

Reasons for Remain Neutral
It depends on the vale of taxes for each person. If there is a fair balance between what is paid and what value, directly and indirectly, that the person receives, then there is little impact in theory, however the actual value of money is offset by the percieved valus as a person with alot of possessions may value mony more than one satisfied with few.
Badly thought out question. We don't live in isolation.
